About us:

1. We have a strong team of in-house translators.
2. External translators are integrated into our translation process.
   The first draft of your translation is processed in-house in line with our QM system (certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN 15038:2006).
3. We place great emphasis on the productive interaction of all members of staff. You, as an external translator also benefit from our internal set-up. During the translation process you get all the help you need, when you need it.
4. Translations produced externally go through all the usual editing/ layout/ revision stages in-house until they are signed off. You are sent a copy of the final version, annotated if necessary, for your files.

When we receive your application, we add your details to a database. This data will be treated in confidence and under no circumstances will it be passed on to any third party. We use this database to find a suitable applicant for the project in hand, and ask him or her to do a representative test translation. This translation is handled like a normal project and the translator receives payment for it, whatever the outcome. It is not our company's policy to request free test translations.

To keep our database consistent and detailed, we ask you to fill out the questionnaire (downloadable as a Word file) and send it in to us. That will enable us to find your details quickly and easily when planning a project.
