Our internal and external translators and revisers all go through a rigorous selection and training process. A university degree in applied languages and specialisation in a particular field of translation are the minimum requirements as a rule. Our translators often have additional qualifications.

Intensive training courses, continuous personal evaluation, exacting feedback, quality audits in the workplace, a suggestions scheme: these are just some of the measures implemented by our human resource management team. In addition, we also work with an international network of scientists and experts, who revise and finalise demanding texts in their mother tongue.
