The high level of skill of our in-house translation specialists is the solid foundation on which you, the customer, can depend when it comes to the translation of even the most difficult texts.
Wieners+Wieners adheres firmly to the principle of native-speaker translation; in other words, a translator only translates into his or her mother tongue.
Our internal and external translators and revisers all go through a rigorous selection and training process. A university degree in applied languages and specialisation in a particular field of translation are the minimum requirements as a rule. Our translators often have additional qualifications.
Intensive training courses, continuous personal evaluation, exacting feedback, quality audits in the workplace, a suggestions scheme: these are just some of the measures implemented by our human resource management team. They also indicate how committed we are to delivering premium quality by being extremely well qualified.
In addition, we also work with an international network of scientists and experts, who revise and finalise demanding texts in their mother tongue.
Every work process at Wieners+Wieners is geared towards the achievement of excellent results. Advice and service, expertise and staff motivation, the technologies we choose and the implementation of innovative solutions – everything is tailored to ensuring customer satisfaction and success, which are our motivation to deliver top quality.
We achieve this through the use of intelligent system solutions, continuous improvement of processes and the resolve to exceed our targets time and time again.
At Wieners+Wieners we gauge the qualitative success of our services solely in terms of customer satisfaction.
We insist on certified quality, audited by independent quality institutes. In fact we are the first company in the translation industry in Europe to have its quality management system separately audited and certified to both the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and the latest European standard DIN EN 15038:2006 for translation services.
Double certification – to give you double certainty
At Wieners+Wieners, quality management is not just a phrase, but a key principle implemented in our daily work. We take our responsibility to our clients extremely seriously.
Our QM system is certified to ISO 9001 and also the standard ISO 17100. This gives our clients the security of reliable, traceable results. ISO 17100 is the new international standard that supersedes the European standard for translation services DIN EN 15038:2006.
At Wieners+Wieners, the QM system represents a cohesive, controlled, transparent, and therefore traceable, work process. This starts with the consultation, and ends with delivery of the finished translation, which undergoes multiple checks before it is released. The quality of the services we provide is thus subject to continuous monitoring. For our own part, regular auditing by two separate and independent certification institutes provides confirmation that our processes conform to the stringent industry standards. Key indicators are our customer orientation and consequent customer satisfaction.
The foremost principle of our company philosophy at Wieners+Wieners is to contribute to our clients' success through the service we provide. Direct contact with our clients plus continuous adjustment of our service to accommodate their specific objectives ensure optimal results in very demanding areas of specialisation.
The price structure of the services we provide is entirely transparent. You will receive a detailed quotation with a fixed price in advance, so you know exactly where you stand. There are no hidden costs that only come to light on completion of the project.
